Setting up Plug'n Pay

   In the Plug'n Pay merchant administration, create a Remote Client Password by following Plug'n Pay's instructions.

   Go to the Foxy admin and go to Settings > Payments.

   Open or create a payment method set, then click Add payment method + and choose Plug'n Pay.

   Under Live setup, enter your Plug'n Pay account username in the Username field, and the Remote Client Password you just created in the Remote Client Password field. This is not your account password. This setup only takes effect once Use live credentials is turned on for the payment method set.

   Under Test setup, enter the equivalent test credentials.

   Turn on Authorize only (no capture) if you want to authorize payments without capturing them immediately.

   Click Create, or Save if you're editing an existing entry.

   Register Foxy's IP addresses in your Plug'n Pay account, as described below, then test.

Register Foxy's IPs in your Plug'n Pay account

To make sure Foxy's servers are allowed to communicate with your Plug'n Pay account, you need to register Foxy's IP addresses in your account.

Follow Plug'n Pay's instructions for registering IP addresses, and register both of these:

• 54.243.60.3

• 54.152.220.165

Important notes and caveats

If you get the C: dupl error message, contact Plug'n Pay support. It means the merchant was given the wrong username (a duplicate account).

If you get an Authentication Failed. Password is required for all api calls. error, confirm you're using the Remote Client Password described above, and not the account password you use to log in to the Plug'n Pay merchant administration.
