Enable Unified Order Entry

How to turn on Unified Order Entry and set the password admins use to place orders on behalf of customers.

Unified Order Entry (UOE) is turned on from your Advanced Settings and requires a password that store admins will use to authenticate as a customer at checkout.

Steps

    Go to the Foxy admin.

    Go to Advanced Settings.

  3. 3

    Check the box to enable Unified Order Entry.

  4. 4

    Enter a strong password in the Unified Order Entry password field. Avoid common or predictable passwords — this password authenticates as any customer.

  5. 5

    Save your settings.

Notes

  • Any store admin with this password can authenticate as any existing customer at checkout.

  • Enabling Unified Order Entry affects PCI DSS compliance and disables minFraud for UOE transactions — see the Unified Order Entry overview for details.
