Add a past due amount to a subscription

    Go to your Subscriptions here.

  2. 2

    Click on the Edit button next to the subscription you want to modify.

  3. 3

    In the Past Due Amount field, input an amount.

  4. 4

    Click on the green Update button to save your changes.
