Update the Products in a Customer's Subscription
How to update the products in a customer's subscription as an admin or by sending the customer an update link.
You or the customer can change the makeup of products in a subscription.
Update products as an admin
3Click on the desired subscription
4Find the Sub Token URL and click the link. This will show you the cart as the customer would see it
5To add a new product, go to your website and add the product to the cart. Once both products are in the cart, you can remove the old subscription product if needed. You can also change the quantity of a product already on the subscription
6Click Proceed to Checkout
7Enter the UOE password from your Advanced Settings to auto-populate the customer's information
8Click Update My Subscription to save the changes
You can double-check the subscription in your subscriptions list to confirm it appears as expected.
Send the update link to the customer
If you'd like the customer to update their own subscription, you can right-click the Sub Token URL, copy it, and email it to them. The customer also has this link available in their emailed order receipt.
Send the customer the following instructions:
1Click the link we sent you
2To add a new product, go to the website and add the product to the cart. Once both products are in the cart, you can remove the old subscription product if needed. You can also change the quantity of a product already on the subscription
3Click Proceed to Checkout
5Click Update My Subscription to save the new product
