Update the Products in a Customer's Subscription

You or the customer can change the makeup of products in the subscription.

    Head over to subscriptions, still in your FoxyCart admin. Link: https://admin.foxycart.com/admin.php?ThisAction=ManageProductSubscriptions

    Find the subscription you're trying to update the products for and click Edit.

  3. 3

    Scroll until you see Sub Token URL and click the link directly below the introductory text. This will show you the cart as the customer would see it.
    Note: If you'd like the customer to change their own subscription, you can right-click, copy, then email this link to the customer. They also have this link available on their emailed order receipt. See below for steps to send to the customer.

    To add a new product, go to the website and add the product to the cart. Once you see both subscriptions in the cart, you can remove the old subscription from the cart. You can also change the quantity of a product that's already on the subscription.

    Click Proceed to Checkout.

    Click Update My Subscription to save the new product.

You can double-check the subscription in your subscriptions list (https://admin.foxycart.com/admin.php?ThisAction=ManageProductSubscriptions).If you opted to send the link to the customer, you can send them these instructions:

    Click the link we sent you.

    Put in your password.
