Modify a subscription using Unified Order Entry

How to load an existing subscription into the cart and use Unified Order Entry to update it on a customer's behalf.

Unified Order Entry can be used to load an existing subscription and make changes to it on behalf of the customer.

Steps

Go to the Foxy admin and open the Subscriptions page.

Use the filters to find the subscription you want to modify.

Click the + next to the subscription to expand it, then click the Sub Token URL link. This opens a new tab and loads the subscription into your cart.

Make any changes needed to the cart contents, or go straight to checkout.

At checkout, the customer’s email will already be filled in. Enter the Unified Order Entry password.

Update the customer’s details if needed and complete the checkout.

Loading the subscription this way pulls in the customer’s existing details automatically once the Unified Order Entry password is entered.
