Modify a subscription

Modify Subscription Settings

Please use the following instructions to modify a subscription's frequency, start date, next transaction date, end date, and past due amount.

Go to your Subscriptions here.

Click on the Edit button next to the subscription you want to modify.

On the following page, make needed changes.

Click on the green Update button to save your changes.

Modify Subscription Contents

Please use the following instructions to modify the contents of a subscription (ex: items in cart)

Go to your Subscriptions here.

Click on the Edit button next to the subscription you want to modify.

On the following page, click on the Advanced Edit button.

Modify the subscription xml data.

Click on the green Update button to save your changes.
