Login or Browser Verification Issues
If you're having issues with the browser verification, the first step in troubleshooting is to make sure you're following these steps:
That should log you in and you shouldn't have to confirm the browser for a couple of months.
In our experience, issues logging in are usually related to one of the following things:
Not clicking through from the link on the email. (ie. Seeing the text after login and thinking it's an error.)
The email link opening in a different browser.
Not being able to get the email.
Other issues with cookies being reset.
We recommend adding each staff as a user.
