Customize the Message in Web and Email Receipts
Here are step-by-step instructions for updating the message in the receipts:
To change the web receipt (where the customer is directed in their browser upon successful completion of a transaction):
2Scroll down until you see Receipt and click the Edit Details button. You'll see custom language fields.
3Scroll just a little until you see message order:. You can change it to what you desire. If you want to format it, you can use html formatting. The easiest thing to do would probably to be put <br> after each of your lines except the last one. If you'd like additional help there, just let us know what you want and we can put it together for you.
4Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Update Language Customizations to save.
To change the email receipt that's sent to the customer, you'll follow the following instructions:
2Scroll down until you see "Email" and click the Edit Details button. You'll see custom language fields.
3Scroll just a little until you see html message order:. You can paste what you placed in the receipt above with the html formatting.
4Scroll again until you see text message order:. Because this option is for customers who don't have the ability to receive html-formatted email, what you put in the box is what the customer will see (that is, remove <br> tags and any other html formatting and press enter in the box to create your line spacing).
5Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Update Language Customizations to save.
