Transaction Folders Are Here

Today, we're excited to announce the launch of transaction folder functionality! Now you can more easily manage and organize transactions in the Foxy admin.

Use Cases

  • Have all new transactions go into a specific folder.

  • Move transactions between folders based on your business workflow needs.

  • Specify folder color for ease of use.

  • Arrange folders in any order.

How To Enable Folders

Folders are already available for all users. From the new Foxy admin, simply click on Transactions in the navigation. On the following page, you will now see a folder icon at the top. Click this icon to create your first folder.

Once you've created your first folder, you will now see all folders listed in the admin navigation, under Transactions. Easily sort, modify, and remove folders as needed.

Taking Things Further

When a transaction gets moved into a folder, our new transaction log webhook can be used to trigger an automation on your end or via Foxy Automations, Make, or Zapier.

For example, when a transaction gets moved into the Shipped folder, you can use the webhook and Foxy Automations to send an email to the customer via Gmail or send them a text message via Twilio.

We're working on demo/docs for these use cases, but until then, please don't hesitate to reach out if you need help.

What's Next
